The vineyards of the Loire bloomed with the variety inherent to the mosaic of grounds, reliefs and orientations. The differences of soils express themselves so completely in the big variety of wines although stemming from the same vines. The harmony between vines and soils, where variety conjugates with unity, is all the more exceptional as some some of the big vines of the region found their origin in Val de Loire, while many of the others come east or from the Southwest of France. A big wine wealth which urges the demanding Epicureans to discover these big soils and to feel the influence of the natural factors on the structure and the aromas of wines.
