Laurus : Prestigious Range of Gabriel Meffre, wine LAURUS was created for the quintessence of Vintage wines of the Coast of the Rhône and the Valley of the Rhône. These wines arise only from plots of land of old vineyards selected with the biggest care. The wine making is made under strict control of the temperatures and the breeding is made in barrels of new oak "Laurus" of a only volume of 275 liters, Capacity of the former "Half-tail of Vaucluse".
The range declines in Coast of the Rhône, Rasteau, Cairanne, Gigondas, Séguret, Vinsobres, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Lirac, Folded, Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Condrieu, Saint Joseph, Rôtie Coast and Tavel.

Vines : Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre

Characteristics : Beautiful dress rosé supported with some purple reflections. A very powerful and aromatic nose, a nose is on red fruits and freshbread. Lively, well-balanced and round mouth with notes of fruits and spices. Finale is on the toffy.

Culinary Agreements : paella, stupid Chile leathery meat, fish soup, couscous, poultry and fishes.
