Characteristics : Red dress garnet. Leasant marriage of freshness and some natural, fine, silky sugars, aromas of red fruits and cocoa, beautiful final in mouth.

Culinary Agreements : foie gras, cooked pork meats, soup of red fruits, dry cakes, at the end of meal accompanied with a cigar.
