Bourgogne White Wine
Vine : Chardonnay
Characteristics : golden Dress white or golden straw-coloured, in silvery reflections or greenish, gleaming and sweet. In the nose, their aromas suggest the broom, the white rose, the locust tree, the honeysuckle, the fern, the verveine, the citronella, the citrus fruits. Nuances of pine, quince, fennel appear at the end of mouth. To the palace, the fresh and very drinkable, dry but very fruity wines.
Culinary Agreements : in the aperitif naturally, for the impertinent charm of its beautiful lively speed, on dry cakes, peanuts and olives. But its general-purpose character, associating with its liveliness, its curvature, its sweetness and its aromatic complexity, in fact a wine very easy to associate, because it is of a very complete balance : The poultry and the calf in cremated sauce worship him in winter, quite as the very creamy risottos in the meat, or in the fish. In summer, burned out fishes, cold antipasti and ratatouilles, complex salads with the onion do not resist to him. It rolls them in its quite fruity aromatic strength. Even sushis and goat\'s cheeses adopted him. Temperatures of service : 10 - 11 °C in the aperitif, 11 in 12 °C during the meal.
