Alsace Wine - Late grape harvests

Gewurztraminer is a vine in pink clusters, essentially used in Alsace to produce the white wine of the same name.

Vorburg situated in the South of the soil of Alsace, is an exceptional soil which benefits from one of the driest and sunniest climates of the region, it produces vintage and powerful wines. It is vintage wines(vineyards) of guard(guarding,nurse) that develop in the ageing of the aromas of fruits such as peach(fishing), apricot, mint, hazelnut.

Culinary Agreements : It agrees with cheeses to the pronounced tastes, the burned out fishes or in sauce, and accompanies magnificently the Asian or Indian cooking, in particular if it is on base of coconut milk, ginger, etc. Consumed essentially in accompaniment of the desserts, he can be also served only in aperitif.
