Valley of the Rhône Wine

Laurus : Prestigious Range of Gabriel Meffre, wine LAURUS was created for the quintessence of Vintage wines of the Coast of the Rhône and the Valley of the Rhône. These wines arise only from plots of land of old vineyards selected with the biggest care. The wine making is made under strict control of the temperatures and the breeding is made in barrels of new oak "Laurus" of a only volume of 275 liters, Capacity of the former "Half-tail of Vaucluse".
The range declines in Coast of the Rhône, Rasteau, Cairanne, Gigondas, Séguret, Vinsobres, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Lirac, Folded, Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Condrieu, Saint Joseph, Rôtie Coast and Tavel.

Cépage : Syrah 

Caractéristiques : A dress ruby sinks, of a beautiful density, typical of the vintage wines stemming from Syrah. A nose on confiturées notes and of sweet, cinnamon spices and nutmeg, raspberry and violet. In mouth, a beautiful structure and an aroma vanilla. Very present and smooth tannins. Beautiful aromatic length.

Culinary Agreements : To accompany on a Veal chop, a net of ox(beef), rabbit in olives, terrines of meats.
