Valley of the Rhône Wine

Laurus : Prestigious Range of Gabriel Meffre, wine LAURUS was created for the quintessence of Vintage wines of the Coast of the Rhône and the Valley of the Rhône. These wines arise only from plots of land of old vineyards selected with the biggest care. The wine making is made under strict control of the temperatures and the breeding is made in barrels of new oak "Laurus" of a only volume of 275 liters, Capacity of the former "Half-tail of Vaucluse".
The range declines in Coast of the Rhône, Rasteau, Cairanne, Gigondas, Séguret, Vinsobres, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Lirac, Folded, Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Condrieu, Saint Joseph, Rôtie Coast and Tavel.

Vines : Grenache - Syrah - Mourvèdre

Characteristics : A dress intense garnet and brilliant. Notes of red fruits and spices which can evolve on animal notes. In mouth, of the curvature, the unctuousness, the wealth and the scale for a wine in the fleshy and powerful structure.

Culinary Agreements : woodcock in the truffle, the coq au vin, the hare in lenses, noisettes of lamb, tournedos in grapes, cheeses.
