Chablis Wine Appellation Vintage Wine 

The Vintage Wines of Chablis are known by the amateurs of wine of the whole world as the kings of the appellation. Situated only on the right bank of the Serene, in Chablis, they train complete all 106 hectares bounded by hillsides, exposed mainly southwest for all the soils. Chablis grand crus are complete wines to strong personality whom the time stops glorifying. Five in eight years minimum are necessary for them to begin to show itself. Their capacity of guard is remarkable. Chablisienne harvests and converts into wine the grapes of six of seven Vintage wines with for each a different character: Bougros : lively and mineral, Preuses : long and thoroughbred, Vaudésir : fleshy and powerful, Close Them: dry and mineral, Blanchot : supple and aromatic, Indulge in shady dealings : elegant and fruity.

Vine : 100% Chardonnay

Characteristics : Golden dress clearly in the gold-coloured reflections. Crystal clear and brilliant wine. Still a little discreet nose which presents nevertheless a very elegant profile marrying the notes of fruits, citrus fruits in an almost chalky rocky side. Supple, fresh, attack stressed by lemony nuances. It is a thoroughbred wine with a lot of character.
