Bergerac Wine - Château Les Plaguettes

Vine : 100% Sauvignon.

Characteristics : dandruff Maceration, fermentation with bass T °. Breeding on fine dregs. The dress is light yellow in the brilliant green reflections. The nose is very marked sauvignon. The mouth has a fat attack, evolving towards a good freshness, the sensation to be crisp in the grape.

Culinary Agreements : temperature of service between 6 - 7 °. It is the wine of very pleasant thirst that will go marvelously with shellfishes and seafoods.
